We underline the high-quality claim of our furniture with an explicit performance promise: all LOCKEEL®-steel furniture comes with a comprehensive warranty!

Warranty conditions

The guarantee is valid for LOCKEEL®-steel furniture and refers to the professional processing of the product. This includes the correct choice of material (type of sheet, thickness, pre-treatment), the further processing of the sheet including the professional execution of all welding work as well as the professionally correct painting procedure.
It applies to new customers, is not transferable and extends geographically to Germany and Austria. The warranty begins with the date of delivery and is fulfilled at the discretion of the guarantor by repair, replacement delivery or a credit note and is neither suspended nor interrupted by services. On replacement deliveries we grant the remaining warranty period of the original order. The warranty only covers the steel furniture, not services or ancillary services. A claim under warranty is only valid after clarification of responsibility and liability for the defective item, not for the entire scope of delivery.

Excluded from the warranty are:

  • normal and natural wear and tear, wear and tear or defect due to excessive or improper use or unusual use
  • Wear and tear or defect due to improper transport or improper storage, improper assembly, repairs or services e.g. by unauthorized persons
  • Damage due to improper handling of heat, moisture, liquids and care products as well as damage due to pointed or sharp-edged objects
  • Damage caused by discoloration of jeans, other non-color-fast textiles, Velcro straps on clothing, especially on our benches with fabric, leather or imitation leather covers, damage caused by moisture, wetness, UV radiation, temperature exposure
  • Wanton destruction, misuse, overloading or accidental damage
